A Letter from Berkeley Breathed

In 1986, Berke Breathed, the creator of the comic strips Bloom County, Outland, and Opus as well as a number of books was injured in a skydiving accident. Due to the popularity of Bloom County amongst the members of the House at the time, a "get-well" card was sent to him from everyone.
